Marijuana & Ecstasy

CHERTO marijuana and ecstasy test detects marijuana (THC), methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), and their primary metabolites in human urine. It is designed to provide a clear answer in real-life situations, when it is important to know whether these substances are still detectable.
The accuracy of the results is comparable to laboratory screening. The method behind the test has been evaluated using real clinical samples and validated through LC/MS, the gold standard for confirmation in toxicology laboratories. Each result is based on an established methodology and can serve as a reliable reference in a specific situation.
CHERTO is a dual test focused on the substances most commonly used together in real-life use. This focus allows the result to be clear and specific, so it can be understood immediately in a practical situation. When the moment is tense, simplicity is key, which is why CHERTO delivers a result that is easy to read and provides the necessary clarity exactly when it matters most.
| Test | Calibrator | Cut-off concentration |
|---|---|---|
| Marijuana (THC) | 11-nor-Δ9-THC-9-COOH | 50 |
| Methylenedioxy-methamphetamine (MDMA) | Methylenedioxy-methamphetamine (MDMA) – 3,4 | 500 |

For the most accurate result, the test should be at room temperature (between 10°C and 30°C).
Open the pouch and remove the test.
Remove the cap to expose the absorbent end.
Immerse the absorbent end into the urine sample for at least 10 seconds. Submerge approximately two-thirds of the length, without passing the marked line.
Place the test on a clean and dry surface.
Check the result after 5 minutes. Do not read the result after this time.

A colored line appears in the control area, and no line appears in the test area.
This indicates a positive result for the corresponding substance.

Two colored lines appear, one in the control area and one in the test area.
This means the concentration of the substance is below the detection limit of the test.

If there is no line in the control area, or if a line appears only in the test area, the result is invalid.
Use a new test and repeat the procedure.
